I’m Leaving On A Jet Plane

This week has been a crazy week as I prepare to go out of town for two weeks.  Think lots of hanging out with my family, packing, re-packing, cleaning, and writing a ton of lists.  While I’m out of town new content will still be posted and I will be checking my email daily, so don’t fret.  I am excited about this opportunity but it will be hard to be away from my family, especially my kiddos.  I will be doing training for my full time gig and working on some production equipment.  I love learning new things and I think this is going to really be an awesome experience.  It’s funny, but I’m pretty excited to travel alone since I’ve never done it before.  I guess I’ve finally grown up.  After Sunday I can cross this off my bucket list.  The training is going to be in Carrollton, TX which I’ve never been to.  Anything I should check out?  Any coffee shops that are great or BBQ joints that are must try?  Leave a comment if you want and I’ll try to check out your recommendations!
